I have had this apron for 10 years now. A friend made it for me. I collect vintage aprons and I wear one any time I cook or wash the dishes. I consider it my uniform for the kitchen. I’ve been mending the wear on this apron for a decade now. I’ve finally had to reinforce the back with a swatch of yellow upholstery fabric a few months back.

The bad news is that everything is made out of plastic these days. The good news is, that means everything just snaps together when you have to replace stuff.
